The headword, a neuter noun, is a very rare (not in LSJ) cognate of rho 68; see also rho 69 (also derogatory), rho 70, rho 71. Lexicographic comment on it, here and elsewhere, probably stems from its appearance in Julian, Contra Galileos p.195 Neumann ("the empty rhapsoidema about Troy"), but it is also attested in Cyril of Alexandria.
