The headword is aorist active infinitive of the verb e)pitri/bw. It has the same glossing in other lexica, and must be quoted from somewhere -- perhaps Aristophanes, Birds 96. For the gloss cf. the second part of epsilon 2727.

Hesychius s.v. e)pitri/yeis completes the explanation with another term, suntele/seis ("completions"), which may not render the psalmist's exact meaning. See for instance Origen, Fragmenta in Psalmos 92.3-4 for an explanation: the church is carried away by the rivers as the eroded earth.
