Those who play games with pebbles are [called] ψηφολόγοι . At any rate those who mislead and deceive are juggler-like, just as the jugglers rob [people], deceiving the eyes by the swift moving of the pebbles.[1]

Ψηφολόγοι: ψηφολόγοι εἰσὶν οἱ ψηφοπαῖκται. ψηφολογικοὶ γοῦν οἱ πλανῶντες καὶ ἀπατῶντες, ὥσπερ οἱ ψηφολόγοι τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς τῷ τάχει τῆς μεταθέσεως τῶν ψήφων ἀπατῶντες συναρπάζουσι.

This and psi 82 together form the ψηφολόγοι entry in the Lexicon of the works of Gregory of Nazianzus. Gregory uses the phrase ψηφολογικὴν τερατείαν in Theological Epistles 102.19.
