[1] Likewise or similarly in other lexica; references at Photius pi441 Theodoridis. The headword is third person singular, present indicative active, of paroxeteu/w. It must be quoted from somewhere, perhaps from one of the medical writers (Aretaeus, Oribasius) who provide its only attestations outside lexicography.
[2] Present participle, masculine nominative plural, of the same verb. Likewise quoted from somewhere (perhaps Demon FGrH 327 F6 = part of Hesychius' entry on the proverb which is omicroniota 108).
