The correlative of τοιοῦτον ["such"], and the [word] used in examples, and the [word] used in exclamation. As in: for there is nothing like hearing the law itself. Demosthenes in the [speech] Against Meidias [writes]: "nothing is as good as hearing the law itself."[1]
And elsewhere: "when how violent a wind blew on [them] and stirred up the sand."[2] And elsewhere: "the serpents curling their hindmost parts into coils and standing up and looking with what a fiery glance."[3]
And expressing amazement: "Demophilos the patriarch of Constantinople was such a man as to mix everything together in a disorderly rush like a wild torrent, gathering a great heap of rubbish."[4]

Οἷον: τὸ ἀνταποδοτικὸν [τοῦ] τοιοῦτον, καὶ τὸ ἐπὶ παραδειγμάτων παραλαμβανόμενον, καὶ τὸ ἐπὶ θαυμασμοῦ. ὡς τό, οὐδὲν γὰρ οἷον τὸ ἀκούειν αὐτοῦ τοῦ νόμου. Δημοσθένης ἐν τῷ κατὰ Μειδίου. οὐδὲν οὕτως καλόν, οἷον τὸ ἀκούειν αὐτοῦ τοῦ νόμου. καὶ αὖθις: ἀνέμου ἐπιπνεύσαντος οἵου σφοδροτάτου καὶ ἐξάραντος τὴν ἄμμον. καὶ αὖθις: οἱ δὲ δράκοντες τὰ οὐραῖα μέρη ἐς σπείρας ἑλίξαντες καὶ ἐπανιστάμενοι καὶ πῦρ ὁρῶντες οἷον ὀξύτατον. ἐπὶ δὲ θαυμασμοῦ: ἄνθρωπος ἦν ὁ Δημόφιλος, ὁ πατριάρχης Κωνσταντίνου πόλεως, οἷος ἐμπεσὼν ὁμοῦ σύμπαντα φύρειν ἀκόσμῳ φορᾷ, καθάπερ ἄτακτος χειμάρρους πολὺν τὸν συρφετὸν ἄγων.
