Notes:
The unglossed headword is accusative plural of o)/ramnos, a later variant of o)ro/damnos (omicron 619). It must be quoted from somewhere, very probably from Nicander, who uses the form several times. In the quotation which follows, the word occurs in the dative singular.
[1] Greek Anthology 5.292.1-2 (Agathias Scholasticus). While he was studying law across the Bosporos (beta 401), Agathias (see alpha 112) wrote this epigram for his friend, Paulus Silentiarius. Find another extract from this epigram at omicron 638.
