Μεμαγμένην: παρεσκευασμένην, καὶ ἐν ἑτοίμῳ γενομένην. ἔνθεν καὶ παροιμία: μᾶζαν μεμαχὼς τὴν ὑπ' ἐμοῦ μεμαγμένην.

The allusion is to Kleon's capture of the Spartans at Pylos (kappa 1731), exploiting progress already made by Demosthenes (the speaker here).
