For the verb cf. kappa 1958; this is its present middle/passive participle, masculine nominative singular. It is presumably quoted from somewhere -- perhaps the New Testament (1 Corinthians 6:16-17), where St Paul contrasts the man who is 'glued to a whore' (cf. Ecclesiasticus 19:2 LXX) with one who is 'glued to the Lord'.
