[1] Again under kappa 1344, and cf. kappa 1341.
[2] Greek Anthology 6.246.1 (attributed to Philodemus or Marcus Argentarius), a dedication to Poseidon after victory in a horse race; cf. Gow and Page (vol. I, 156-157) and further extracts from this epigram at sigma 1055 and psi 66. The passage also gives rise to delta 1245 (as the adjective is a hapax), and see also, more fully, at kappa 1519. Gow and Page argue (vol. II, 371) that Argentarius should be credited with this epigram.
