Ἱμονιᾶν: ἀποπατεῖν: ἀντὶ τοῦ μακρὰ χέζειν: ἀπὸ τοῦ σχοινίου, δι' οὗ τὰ ὕδατα ἀρύονται, ὃ καλοῦσιν ἱμονιάν. καὶ Ἀριστοφάνης: πόθεν συνέλεξας ἱμονιοστρόφου μέλη; ᾖδον δὲ ᾆσμα οἱ ἀντληταὶ ἱμαῖον.
