Γνῶθι σαυτὸν καὶ τὸ νόμισμα παραχάραξον, παραγγέλματα Πυθικά. τουτέστι τῆς τῶν πολλῶν δόξης ὑπερόρα καὶ παραχάραττε μὴ τὴν ἀλήθειαν, ἀλλὰ τὸ νόμισμα.
