Same entry in ps.-Zonaras and, according to Adler, the Ambrosian Lexicon. The rare headword verb, literally meaning 'I reject as worthy of a (sc. mere) tuna-fish', is identified by Eustathius as a coinage of Lucian's; see Jupiter Tragoedus 25, with a)potequ/nnistai (and the adjective qunnw=des meaning stupid).
For tuna/tunny cf. theta 582, and more generally theta 580, theta 581, theta 582, theta 583, theta 584.
