An extract (fr.125 Usener) from one of the letters of Epicurus (epsilon 2404); cf. Diogenes Laertius 10.5.
The headword is otherwise unattested. LSJ s.v. note that its literal meaning is 'thrice-rolled' (cf. kappa 2663, kappa 2664), and translate it in the present context as 'easily influenced'. Compare R.D. Hicks in the Loeb D.L.: '... to spin thrice on my own axis and be propelled etc.'
