[1] = Photius, Lexicon delta638; cf. Synagoge (Codex B) alpha1511, Hesychius delta2049; see also delta 1234. Before a trial in classical Athens, the oath at the anakrisis (preliminary examination) was called diwmosi/a for the plaintiff and a)ntwmosi/a for the defendant; cf. Demosthenes 23.69 (web address 3). The plural is frequent: see e.g. Antiphon 5.88, Lysias 10.11 (web address 4).
[2] This second part of the entry = Photius, Lexicon delta584 and is repeated from delta 1043; cf. alpha 2758, and esp. alpha 2475 on the a)nqippasi/a (sic: Xenophon and epigraphy). *diippasi/a is unattested outside lexicography, but see e.g. the redaction of the Etymologicum Magnum of ms. Laurentianus Divi Marci 304, where it is related to panippasi/a (sic; corrupted from a)nippasi/a).
