Notes:
[1] Wife of Aias/Ajax and mother of his sons, Eurysaces and Philaeus. She was daughter of Teleutas (Herodotus 6.35 and elsewhere). See also alpha 2363, alpha 4737, delta 380, delta 1389, mu 1338, omicron 195. There was also an Amazon called Tekmessa.
[2] Son of Telamon, king of Salamis, prominent in Homer's Iliad (2.557 and elsewhere). See alphaiota 9, and OCD(4) s.v. Aias.
[3] Otherwise unattested as such. Perhaps [NF] an error for Telmessos (cf. tau 276, tau 279) or Termessos (cf. tau 349). (Or Messa in the southern Peloponnese, with an intrusive 'Tek'?)
