The headword, transmitted as paraicorou=sin here in the Suda, as paracorou=sin in Apostolius 13.87, and as paraico/rouson in Photius pi230 Theodoridis, is reckoned to be a corruption of the phrase pe/rdic o)/rouson; cf. LSJ s.v. o)rou/w, 4.
