This form -- third person plural, present indicative active -- of the verb e)poke/llw (cf. epsilon 2835, and more generally omicron 106, omega 46) is unattested outside lexicography. It appears with similar glosses at Synagoge epsilon789 and Photius, Lexicon epsilon1830.
One would not know it from the glosses, but the verb is used predominantly in reference to ships 'putting in' to shore.
