Same entry in ps.-Zonaras and, according to Adler, the Ambrosian Lexicon (377). See also, for this neuter diminutive, Photius (and, post-Suda, the Etymologicum Magnum) s.v. θρᾶνος . Pollux 10.47 appears to say that it appeared in the plural in Aristophanes' lost comedy Islands.
