From the scholia to Aristophanes, Acharnians 630, where the headword (a dative plural) occurs (web address 1): at the opening of the parabasis the chorus-leader says that Aristophanes' enemies are slandering him 'amongst the hasty-deciding Athenians'.
LSJ s.v. suggests that this may be an allusion to the overnight change of decision, three years earlier, about punishing the revolt of Mytilene (Thucydides 3.36).
