Adler number: rho,11

[Meaning] to cut.[1]

Greek Original:
*(ragw=sai: temei=n. kai/, r(agh/setai prw/i+mon to\ fw=s sou.
Notes:
[1] Same equivalance in other (late) lexica. As transmitted, this headword r(agw=sai is aorist infinitive of an otherwise unattested verb r(ago/w. LSJ s.v. declares this probably a false reading for (otherwise unattested) r(akw=sai, which does not seem much help (r(ako/w means "I become ragged or wrinkled").
[2] Isaiah 58.8 LXX. Here the verb is future passive of r(h/gnumi, third person singular.
