The primary headword -- unglossed here; glossed with καθέζεσθαι in ps.-Zonaras -- is the middle infinitive of the defective verb παρῆμαι . It is independently attested only at Galen, De differentia pulsuum 8.549.
[1] This form, apparently pluperfect indicative middle, third person singular, is attested only here and at epsilon 3638. It is glossed here with an imperfect verb.
