[Meaning one who is] attending to, glued to.[1]

Notes:
[1] Likewise or similarly in other lexica; see the references at Photius pi1297 Theodoridis, where the editor claims that the headword -- present active participle, masculine nominative singular, of προσανέχω -- is likely to be quoted from John Chrysostom's Commentary on Paul's First Epistle to Timothy 13.4 (PG 62.572). One might venture to suggest alternatives in Polybius (4.19.12, 5.17.7, 5.103.5, 8.38b.2 -- besides the two passages quoted here), an author drawn on heavily by this particular Suda contributor; cf. pi 2593, pi 2594, pi 2595, etc.
[2] Polybius fr.72 B-W.
[3] Polybius 31.15.13 (preserved only here).
[4] Masculine/neuter dative singular of the same participle, evidently quoted from somewhere.
