Note:
Herodotus 6.134.2 (which actually has pro/kate), with the synonyms of the glosses thereto. The topic is the Athenian general Miltiades (mu 1067) entering the temple of Demeter Thesmophoros (cf. generally theta 270) on Paros -- something which as a male he should not have done. Shortly after this he sustains the leg injury which ultimately kills him. The whole passage is in indirect discourse, hence the infinitive i(/esqai. See web address 1.
