Οὐχὶ Γλαύκου τέχνη: ἐπὶ τῶν εὖ εἰργασμένων, καὶ δυσκατανοήτων.
Notes:
For this proverb see already under gamma 282, and again under sigma 376. Glaukos was said to have come from the island of Samos (or Chios) and invented the art of inlaying iron.
