A fragment of Attic comedy (Comica adespota no.35 Kock, 828 K.-A.); Appendix Proverbiorum 4.49. Mentioned also in one of the ancient hypotheses to Sophocles, Oedipus at Kolonos, with the assertion that the 'Kolonos' in question is K. Agoraios (cf. generally kappa 1961).
