The entry defines a rare adjective (see LSJ s.v. w)mobo/eios at web address 1) which describes hides used in making, amongst other things, light shields. Its feminine accusative plural, here, must be quoted from somewhere; very probably Herodotus 7.76 or 7.79 (web address 2), but note also Diodorus Siculus 3.33.1.
