Presumably a variant of Myrsinos, a small city in Elis (NW Peloponnese) which has its own lemma in Stephanus of Byzantium, though note also Myrsinia on the SE coast of the island of Lesbos, a Myrsineai on Paros, and a Mt Myrsinon in Kilikia.
