[1] Likewise in syntactical lexica. LSJ s.v. (web address 1) says dative of person, genitive of thing. The quotation given here (see next note) apparently illustrates dative of thing, but in fact the syntax is e)pi/ with the dative.
[2] Polybius fr. 59 Büttner-Wobst (context unidentifiable). Instead of the Suda's later spelling, Büttner-Wobst adopts (522) an emendation due to Dindorf, reading h(ntinou=n (accusative singular of the feminine pronoun h(/tis, in any way, anything whatsoever); cf. LSJ s.v. o(/stis.
