Λάσθη: Αἰλιανός: λέγουσι δέ, ὅτι οὐδὲ προσθέτους οὐδὲ ἐπακτοὺς κόμας ἐκ τῆς ὕβρεως καὶ λάσθης ἐς τὴν χρείαν παρελάμβανεν, ἀλλὰ ἃς εἶχε συμφυεῖς ἀσκῶν καὶ ἐκτείνων. καὶ αὖθις: οἱ δὲ Μεσσήνιοι σὺν λάσθῃ καὶ γέλωτι, ὥσπερ ἄθυρμα τῶν Σπαρτιατῶν, τὰ πρῶτα τοῦ Διὸς ἀναθήματα διέσπειραν.
