In the Parthian nation, 'Achaemenian' distinguished a Persian from a Parthian, 'Arsacid'; cf. Page (563). Trajan made the dedication at Zeus's temple on Mount Kasios (cf. kappa 454 note), near Antioch (alpha 2692), just prior to the beginning of his campaign against Parthia, 113-115 CE; cf. Sicker (166-167).
