However [NF], there is a Kodrion in Illyria (Livy 31.27), and the element 'kodr' seems common in Illyria. If an initial 'S' has fallen off the reference may be to the territory of Skodra.
Claudius Ptolemy 7.1.56 also mentions a 'Kodrana' in Skythia.
