Headword: *kera/san
Adler number: kappa,1373
Translated headword: [it] having mixed
Vetting Status: high
Translation:
[kera/san]; but kera/sai ["to mix"] [sc. is also attested].
Greek Original:
*kera/san: kera/sai de/.
Notes:
The aorist active neuter singular participle and the aorist active infinitive of kera/nnumi (cf. kappa 1362). The particular participle form is attested before the Suda only in John Chrysostom (In Psalmum 145, PG 55.521). This is more probably a grammatical illustration of the aorist stem than a gloss, especially since no definition is given.
Entry lacking, Adler reports, in ms F (Laurentianus 55.1).
