No river of this name is attested. Perhaps the name is mis-spelled (and should be e.g. Isis, a small river flowing into the eastern Black Sea). Alternatively the classification 'river' is wrong: ms F has 'name of a place'; and that place could be Isos in NE Boiotia (Strabo 9.2.14) or else iota 662.
