Ἴσαι ψῆφοι: ἐπὶ τῶν παρ' ὀλίγον ἐν τοῖς δικαστηρίοις ἁλισκομένων. ἀναλύονται γὰρ οἱ διωκόμενοι ἀπὸ τῶν δικαζομένων, ἂν ἶσαι γένωνται ψῆφοι, ἐν αἷς ἀπολύεται ὁ ἐγκαλούμενος.
