Translated headword: fine-woven

[Meaning something that is] delicate.
Greek Original:
*)iano/krokon: to\ lepto/n.
Notes:
Neuter singular of this adjective, presumably quoted from somewhere. Hesychius iota61 has neuter plurals, the headword one -- albeit with rough breathing -- reckoned to come from Alcman (fr. 177 sub-fr.1.2); cf. iota 36.
The first element of the compound could (according to LSJ) be a dialectal variant of e(ano/s (cf. epsilon 8, epsiloniota 9). The second is probably related to the verb kre/kw "weave."
