Ἱερῶσθαι: φησὶ Θουκυδίδης: νομίσαντες κατὰ δή τινα παλαιὰν αἰτίαν οὐ καθαροὺς ὄντας ἱερῶσθαι. σημαίνει γὰρ τὸ ἱεροὺς νενομίσθαι, καὶ οἷον καθιερῶσθαι.
