[Meaning] the one given for the phratry-members at marriages. Or [the one associated with] the introduction of wives to the phratry-members. So Didymus the grammarian.[1] And [there is] a saying.[2]
To bring in a wedding-feast: whenever someone married a wife [and] before a child was produced, this man testified about the marriage in accordance with the marriages[3] by providing something for his phratry-members by way of festivity. And this is "bringing in a wedding-feast". Demosthenes mentions the term in his speech Against Euboulides, when he says "and there has been testimony that my father married [my mother] in accordance with the laws and brought in a wedding-feast for the phratry-members".[4]

Notes:
[1] Didymus pp.315 and 320 Schmidt (i.e. he is the source, as the equivalent entry in Harpokration shows, of both of these definitions).
[2] On Adler's punctuation, no such saying is cited, and one would have to regard these words as an intrusion from somewhere else. Alternatively, 'to bring in a wedding-feast' is the 'saying' referred to.
[3] Given the Demosthenic passage which follows, this is a slip for "in accordance with the laws".
[4] Demosthenes 57.43, here loosely quoted.
