Γραφή: δημοσίου τινὸς ἐγκλήματος ὄνομα. οὐ μόνον δὲ ὅταν ψηφίσματος ἢ νόμου κατηγορῇ τις, παρανόμων γραφὴν ἀποφέρεσθαι καὶ γράφεσθαι λέγεται, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἐπ' ἄλλοις πολλοῖς δημοσίοις ἀδικήμασι. πολλὴ δὲ ἡ χρῆσις τοῖς ῥήτορσιν.
