The headword (which must be quoted from somewhere) is feminine nominative singular of the adjective gnampto/s, which can mean, as required, either bent/curved or pliant/supple. The same is true of the glossing adjective kampto/s -- see the LSJ entries for both -- so it is hard to determine the sense they bear here.
