Ἠδωνίς, Ἠδωνίδος. χώρα οὕτω λεγομένη. καὶ Ἠδωνοί, ὄνομα ἔθνους. Αἰσχύλος. ὁ δ' αὐτὸς ἐν Ἠδωνῇ καὶ τὰς νεβρίδας οὕτως καλεῖ. καὶ ζήτει ἐν τῷ αἰγίζειν.
The first paragraph of this entry derives from Aristotle fr. 478 (in Stephanus of Byzantium s.v. Antandros). The second has already appeared under alphaiota 44 and makes a poor fit here.
