Notes:
[1] The two forms εἰδωλεῖον and εἰδώλιον seem to be variants of each other, as at 1 Maccabees 1.47 LXX and 1 Corinthians 8.10.
[2] This should be ἑδώλιον ; see epsilon 255 (and cf. epsilon 256, epsilon 257).
