Εἰσβολή: ἐπὶ τοῦ νοὸς τρία θεωρεῖται: εἰσβολή, παραδοχή, συγκατάθεσις. τοῦτο καὶ παρὰ τῷ Δαβὶδ εἴρηται, ἐνώτισις, σύνεσις, προσοχή. τὰ ῥήματά μου ἐνώτισαι, καὶ τὰ ἑξῆς. καὶ ἐνώτισις μέν ἐστι σύνοψις τῶν ῥημάτων, σύνεσις δὲ ἐπίληψις τῶν πραγμάτων, προσοχὴ δὲ τελείωσις τῆς ἐφέσεως.
