[1] The headword is third person singular, aorist indicative middle, of tima/w (cf. epsilon 3317, epsilon 3319, epsilon 3320). It is probably extracted from the quotation given here, though there are earlier instances in Attic lawcourt oratory.
[2] Quotation (partly reproduced in the parallel entry in ps.-Zonaras) unidentifiable. The li/tra (lambda 623) was a Sicilian silver coin, and also a measure of weight; see LSJ s.v. (web address 1).
