[Meaning] the game [of that name].[1] Also [sc. attested is] διαφορήσει ["he/she/it will separate"], [meaning] would become separate.[2]
Greek Original:
Διαφόρημα: τὸ παίγνιον. καὶ Διαφορήσει, διάφορος γένηται.
Notes:
[1] Apparently of ball, thrown from one player to another: see LSJ s.v; attested in this sense only in lexicography.
[2] This verb, διαφορήσει , is related to the headword διαφόρημα , a neuter noun. It must be quoted from somewhere; perhaps Isaeus 11.31, though the gloss given is not quite right for that passage.
