Amphipolis by Antipater, the father of Cassander and Successor [sc. of Alexander].

Demades; but the only known (or likely) son of
Demades was the Demeas mentioned here; and everything here (including the aulos-playing mother, a hetaira: see
Athenaeus,
Deipnosophists 13.591F [13.61 Kaibel]) can in one way or another be attributed to him.
