Translation:
Of the deme Laciadae, an Athenian, a rhetor. The previous Demades (the one who was also a demagogue) adopted him, although his mother was an aulos-player.[1] He was himself the father of the orator Demeas. He died when he was thrown into the marsh at Amphipolis by Antipater, the father of Cassander and Successor [sc. of Alexander].

Notes:
A "monumentally confused" (J.K. Davies, Athenian Propertied Families 600-300 BC (Oxford 1971) 102) entry. We are invited to see this man as the adoptive son and homonym of delta 414/delta 415, the well-known Demades; but the only known (or likely) son of Demades was the Demeas mentioned here; and everything here (including the aulos-playing mother, a hetaira: see Athenaeus, Deipnosophists 13.591F [13.61 Kaibel]) can in one way or another be attributed to him.
[1] And thus a putative non-citizen.
