The headword is either neuter nominative/accusative singular or masculine accusative singular of this adjective, and the entry = Synagoge delta386 (and Photius, Lexicon delta793). Bachmann's edition of the Synagoge (202.15) prints dusa/lwton: du/slhpton, dusno/hton, kakono/hton ("hard to take hold of, hard to understand, badly understandable"), but Cunningham omits the final two words (rendering the entry equivalent to the Suda's) without comment in his apparatus.
