LSJ registers the word dai+kta/menos, -h, -on -- originally two words: dai+/ + kta/menos -- in Homer, Iliad 21.146 & 301. In both contexts it is genitive plural (part of the phrase dai+ktame/nwn ai)zhw=n), and both the scholia to line 146 and Hesychius gloss it, broadly, as here. The Suda's dative plural must be quoted from somewhere else.
