Χρεῶν ἀποκοπαί: ὅταν τὰ ὑπὸ τῶν πενήτων ἀφαιρεθέντα ἄφεσιν λάβωσιν.

"Taken" (ἀφαιρεθέντα ), in the Suda mss, is obviously incorrect; read "owed" (ὀφληθέντα ), as in the scholia and elsewhere.
