[1] In the sense of being a citizen of Aigesta (Egesta, Segesta) in western Sicily; so in Diodorus Siculus, Strabo and elsewhere. (But note that Stephanus of Byzantium s.v. equates them with the Thesprotoi, mentioned in the Odyssey, of SW Epeiros.)
