One of the patronymic forms common throughout the Suda: in this case, son of Adrastos (for whom see alpha 523, alpha 524, generally OCD(4) s.v. Adrastus(1), and cf. alpha 526). Though the lexicographer gives it in Ionic dialect form, it was perhaps generated by Doric *)adrastida=n qa/los in Pindar, Olympian 2.45.
